Not what I needed from a Business Standpoint

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
I think that Zoho, in general, is know for their business-only focus and doesn't really integrate with other types of fields. So, for business Zoho makes sense for small business owners there are better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked how I could track and report customer data within Zoho.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I couldn't integrate with the other software I needed to keep my system going on the right track.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would stay about from this if you are a small business owner. I would consider the free trial but even then, I think there are better software programs out there for marketing project manamgent.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
The user interface of Zoho Campaigns is pretty good and unique when compared to others in the markets. Also the A/B testing is quite effective and wonderful
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Designing new email templates is pretty fun with Zoho campaigns. Also, the email campaigns reports are easy to read
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the product is slightly on the higher side

Good choice but consider other similar products too

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
Zoho Campaigns provide us readymade newsletter template from which we can easily create an email. The flexible customizable newsletter helps us to get our newsletters ready in a few steps. The easy drag and drop data future help to design a newsletter that suits our needs. Synching from Zoho campaigns helps us to focus on a specific group of customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can send email newsletters and campaigns to our users and contacts. We can also send an automated response to various emails to give us real-time results of our campaign. It is easy to use we don't need any training to use it. Zoho campaigns is an amazing email template builder.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The footer customization of the Zoho Campaign is not flexible. We are not able to design nature campaigns and the subscription from the setup is a little bit complicated. We will not able to approve all emails. Their templates are basic. Their pricing is high and then has a lack of fonts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend the Zoho Campaign because of it email marketing is not a big deal. We are able to send automated emails with beautiful templates which help us in gaining loyal customers we can create loading pages and email templates with the help of Zoho Campaigns by using their drag and drop features.
