What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
Allows us to integrate seamlessly with Zoho CRM which we use for all day to day operations of our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SQl tables and the ability to compose and implement different chart and table types as digestable reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the formatting and individual report themeing leaves some to be disired. Not being able to dictate organization standards for font size/type, swapping reports from one data source to another, or saved configurations across all of our users
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get the trial and make 1 simple report that you already use day to day. See what it takes to get the same result as your current method. Then, take that report and try to get another piece of information that you have never aquired before. It doesnt have to be one you need, but one that you don't know. Once you see how simple that can be you will want to keep building more and more reports until it feels like it takes up your entire day!
Pros
- Helps Innovate

A Powerful and Affordable BI Tool for Growing Team
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products is its strong balance between affordability, ease of use, and powerful features. Unlike many traditional BI tools that require steep learning curves or expensive licensing, Zoho Analytics offers a cost-effective, user-friendly platform that still delivers robust analytics capabilities such as advanced visualizations, AI-powered insights via Zia, and strong data blending tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoho Analytics is its ease of use combined with powerful customization options. The drag-and-drop interface makes it incredibly easy to create detailed reports and dashboards without deep technical expertise, while still allowing advanced users to write custom SQL queries, apply complex filters, and build dynamic visualizations. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other Zoho apps and third-party platforms, which makes data consolidation and automation very efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Zoho Analytics is that real-time data updates and syncing can be limited, especially when working with large or external data sources. In some cases, there’s a delay between when data changes in the source system and when it reflects in reports or dashboards, which can affect time-sensitive decision-making. Additionally, while the platform offers many features, some advanced customizations—like complex scripting or deep API integrations—can be a bit tricky and may require developer support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For anyone considering Zoho Analytics, I would recommend starting with a clear understanding of your reporting needs and data sources. The platform offers excellent flexibility and integrations, but planning ahead—especially around data structure and user roles—will help you make the most of its capabilities. Take advantage of the free trial to explore the interface and test key features with your actual data. It's also wise to invest a little time in the training materials or onboarding sessions, especially if your team is new to business intelligence tools.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Inspires Innovation
- Caring
