What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
Easy to connect data and implement. We adopted it mostly because of the price and for already having Zoho CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Control sharing data, mobile visualization and easy to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lacks basic things in terms of data visualization and haven't seen any significant improvment in 2 years, despite of all requests on forums. Other Zoho tools seems to improve in a better rate than analytics. Also support is hard to access and takes too long to respond.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you already have Zoho CRM and will have a more basic BI need, go ahead. Other than that, it is not the perfect tool.
