The tool probably is evolving and is expected to be stable as compared to its competition

There will definitely be use cases for zapier if you are using any SaaS software. Every system needs to talk to each other. And zapier helps them talk.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
Frequency of updates and quality technical support. Straight forward and easy to set up / implement basic work flows for people even at an entry level. Great variety of integrations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use on a mobile device - I do 70% of my work on a mobile or tablet for my clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the integrations to programs are a bit useless / often “break”. I have noted that integrations with Microsoft Teams are my most problematic - I would say this is relative to Microsoft as well though as Teams is not the best communication app in my opinion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Watch some tutorial videos on YouTube about set up, and check what integrations / features are available to you with the current programs you are using.
