Some connections limit the customizability of the data. This could be an issue with the other company’s API though.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?
I have not used different products that are similar as Zapier was the only logical solution
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
super easy to customize and integrate with Slack and other CRM tools for sales and lead management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the free version would give more zapps with less customization to get used to it. And pay only once you feel comfortable using it on a daily basis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be aware to test your zapps first with a second account to not use up zapps for testing.
