Their UI is good. And lots of tool to integrate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is little high.

If you are running Saas product, zapier will definitely help to improve your company.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

Zapier is designed to help marketers integrating solutions for all the different softwares which helps give best results. The Zapier team continuously educates on the new changes, how to use their features, how newbies can learn integrations without any external sources, just by reading zapier blogs which are directly delivered over email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Continous education on how to use all the zapier features effectively. Because not everyone is well versed with such technical integrations

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such

I would highly recommend Zapier -Saves Time -Easy to use -Educates on how to use each feature -Continously brings in new features
