What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

The usability and how easy it is to connect two applications together. Before Zapier it would require weeks of coding or high level knowledge of webhooks.

Ease of use and affordability

Not many HubSpot integrations available

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

Zapier is cost-efficient and easy to use. It allows you to "code" without knowing how to actually code. The simplicity of connecting multiple applications is fantastic!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The number of platforms that Zapier can connect! It's been amazing to use as we continue to grow and scale our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes very specific tasks that we want to automate aren't possible and we have to go in a different direction to find a solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a sizable tech stack, this is a critical piece to that to connect everything for automation purposes.
