What differentiates Yodeck from other similar products?
The ease of implementation and streaming between multiple locations is something we found with Yodeck. The customizable features, like scheduling, archiving and multi-media capabilities fit our organizational needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scheduling and archiving of items.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For someone new, the ease of uploading and scheduling slides isn't as intuitive as we'd like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Having "?" pop-ups or some sort of option to explain the various features so they can be easily understood and used by a new user.

What differentiates Yodeck from other similar products?
Ease of use, cost, and absolutely superb tech support
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There is a ton of functionality and it's super easy to generate layered dashboards. The scheduling is also amazing as well as the ability to have items only be available during a specific timeframe so you can pre-schedule things to appear and drop off of slideshows for example.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the system won't be able to do exactly what you want it to do which can be frustrating, however the tech support is extremely responsive and usually is able to direct me to alternatives.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Grab a raspberry pi 4 and give it a spin - the free version is fully functional and will allow you to see if it's right for you. They are also super responsive so don't be afraid to chat or email with support if you're having an issue.
