NLP and workflow builders which makes it easier for non-tech person to deploy flows easily.

NA - I believe Yellow Ai is heading to the right direction.

If you’re looking for chatbot/Ai solution with streght on SEA language - Yellow Ai is far the best out there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the Agentic AI—its ability to move beyond simple Q&A to autonomously complete complex, multi-step business transactions (like changing an order or filing a claim) using its Multi-LLM Architecture.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The primary pain point is the inconsistent post-sales experience, specifically: Implementation & Support Issues: Reports of poor communication, staff turnover in account management, & long delays in getting the product fully implemented and working. Complexity: The platform can have a steep learning curve & requires significant technical expertise for advanced customization & complex integrations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
