The easy to create bot flows. One can create bot flows with no tech knowledge

Their customer support needs to get better

Cost efficient, many features but weak support

What differentiates Yellow.ai from other similar products?

For us being a startup, cost was the most important differentiator for us. We were trying out conversational bot for the first time hence doing a rough POC was very quick with them

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Full of features and you can try a lot of experiments through it

What do you dislike most about this product?

The up time was bad. In the first couple of campaigns, the chat bot did not even work and their support team didn't have a clue on what went wrong

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest if cost is a constraint go for it
