Our entire company makes use of EverSign. What a wonderful and user-friendly platform Eversign is! I was looking for something simple, strong, and sophisticated that would meet our company's needs well, wouldn't cost a lot of money, and had a nice look and an easy-to-use interface, and I found it in only eversign.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is not only easy to use but also has a polished appearance to allow us to work comfortably. Additionally, it is easier for us to monitor the progress of any given paper. It is simple for my clients as well, and I appreciate that we can give reminders if somebody is taking longer than planned to sign. For my big and committed workforce, this software simply works fantastically and at a wonderful price.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once the file has been sent, changes cannot be made to it. I must remove the petition and replace it with a fresh one if I wish to modify it. The second thing I can criticize right now is the size of the input fields. It can be challenging to maintain the same height for all of the text as the document grows larger.

Since it is compatible with services like Dropbox and Google Docs, I won't have to relocate my document storage. If you require signatures on binding documents to be verified, Eversign is the way to go. Despite its ease of use and basic appearance, it is packed with powerful options for personalization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even with a powerful laptop, paging through a lengthy paper would be laborious. The user interface isn't as straightforward as I'd anticipated, and there were times when I wasn't sure if I was adding a user or sending a document to them simultaneously. There is no implication that the arrow keys are the only way to scroll.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I found the extra customization options to be well worth the expense compared to those of competitors. It's been quite some time since I fired up the scanners to upload paper signatures or hired couriers to deliver paperwork to our customers. My favorite and most helpful aspect of eversign is the audit trails it keeps and generates automatically. Everything I needed as a paralegal and public notary was included. By searching through lengthy email threads, I no longer have to produce backup paperwork for contracts and payroll authorizations manually. I appreciate that eversign is a cheap e-signing service. The administrative burden is light.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I had been given more time to edit the paperwork before signing. The arrow keys, not the mouse wheel or buttons, are used to scroll the page. When my customers go to sign the paper, my logo looks horrible. Making new signature fields is also a pain, which is disappointing.

I searched for software that does more than "perform the job," therefore, Eversign's visual appeal was a significant factor in my decision to utilize it.
