What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tools UI has a very user-friendly interface which allows us to keep record of our team and campaign with a collaborative tool support. Customer service is very good and responsive with built in help options and documents available. . During Covid-19 the tool also offered virtual meeting option.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A notification bomb appears if you have not managed your account. No storage capacity is being displayed, only a notification appears when you are almost out of storage. The tool is responsive for all screen sizes but an occasional lag is present with some navigation options quite difficult to explore.

Customer service is very good and responsive with built in help options and documents available.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Being a software mostly oriented to project management, it is totally understandable that there are certain functions that are not so optimized in favor of others, but it happens to be with the operations by date, but even so it is sufficiently balanced so that it is not difficult to work with Wrike when coordinating a team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In relation to Wrike's prices, with only $9.80 it allows us to work with up to 15 users, which is excellent for the customization of group projects where each person is in charge of a different section of work without any other having to depend on it, that is, it is an acceptable amount of users for the work to be independent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the current version of Wrike it has not been possible to create schedules within a calendar of events, because the platform does not have such a tool and does not let us integrate any external calendar, so keep full control of everything that happens in operations is a little slower, or at least this seems to happen with the professional plan, which offers fewer features than the following plans

If you are going to work with Wrike we recommend applying directly for the business plan, since with this you can add a greater number of people than in the professional, and in terms of features is better, as it serves to create lists of those tasks that are pending, which can be followed up more easily.

It has a nice interface and it's especially easy to get started with development projects. You can easily set up dashboards and monitor planned activities. Create task lists to organize and customize the workflow for each project. Enables integration with other tools for organization-wide collaboration and information sharing. Features easy-to-define templates for task and project lists. The best features are project organization, calendar and email integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I did not like so far is that it is very complicated to create new templates.
