What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Flexibility with customization and especially automation working with Workato.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use in management of our workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No internal/external communication on tasks. Not being able to have the native ability to decide when and where to make comments viewable to the client like most PM systems offer is highly disappointing and the largest setback we experience with the site.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend making sure at least 2 people are assigned to take ownership of learning and managing Wrike. It's pretty deep and requires a lot of research and testing especially when integrating with Workato.
