To have the ability to socialise and interact with other employees in a professional manner. Share updates of our individual teams or self.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No strong dislike, however I cNnot help but feel there is a Facebook vibe to it, which by itself is not bad, but is not great either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Inform them that it is a great way to boost team morale by sharing respective teams activities and engage in some form if networking there.

What differentiates Workvivo from other similar products?

First of all, it is very easy to use platform available on both Laptop as well as mobile app which helps connects employee and employer and using which one can expand their professional network and also share their thoughts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part of work vivo is it provides a single platform for both employees as well as employers to connect and both can share content via post, images, videos and others. This help both to know each other, increase knowledge, connect and collaborate with each other. Its video feature help employer to create a profile for his employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All good but some technical issues exists as many a time mobile app hangs too much and sharing larger files is a bit issue some time. Video playing feature also takes a bit longer time to play which kind of annoying for any user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one the best platform, be active and keep on making connections and connect more and more industry experts and also post whatever information you have so that others can benefit out of it.

What differentiates Workvivo from other similar products?

It has a more business-focused approach and offers improved data privacy, allowing for greater trust in using this platform as an internal communication tool. Many other platforms are very general in terms of communication, but Workvivo seemed more appropriate for managing a structured environment for professional communication in business environments without losing focus on the topics being discussed. In addition to being a communication tool, it also acts as a kind of internal "social network," or better yet, a bulletin board where any employee can create a post that other employees can view and interact with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like its interface design. I like the platform's goal of being a virtual space for employees in any work environment. It doesn't require in-depth knowledge to know how to use this platform, as it's very similar to how social media is managed today. This time, it's for a professional environment where you have the same social media tools in a space that includes your team and the entire company. Overall, I can say that the implementation and adoption by my team has been absolutely wonderful; it wasn't difficult to implement it almost immediately. It's worth mentioning that it's easy to share any type of file with employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's a lack of optimization regarding the mobile app, which often takes a long time to load or has delays in touch response. I've tested it on any mobile device and the issue persists, so I have no solution other than to wait for the Workvivo team to fix it in future updates. The same thing happens when logging in; sometimes it displays a login error, as if my account doesn't exist or there's a lack of internet connectivity, but after several attempts, I manage to connect without problems. This doesn't happen on the web version; it seems this platform has poor mobile app developers. It's essential to fix these issues immediately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a virtual space where your company's employees can communicate, one that's easy to implement and resembles a social network for more intuitive adaptability, then Workvivo is the ideal tool. It will help keep your entire staff connected, focused, and motivated without losing focus on work and professional matters. With this platform, you'll be more practical when making announcements within your company or communicating something in general without resorting to complex communication tools or having issues with company staff because they haven't received important information, thus avoiding misunderstandings and miscommunication.
