It ensures that there is proper management of resources in any organization. It monitors how departments uses their finances and offers solutions on proper investments methods.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform performance has been awesome for the period I have been using it in our company.

Its diversified and executes a number of roles and functions from payroll management, HCM and even benefits administration and this ensures that we execute our roles with simplicity all through.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has helped us get the best out of our human workforce and this enables keep them motivated and working excellently all through. It has digitized the way we manage our employee records and now we are able to keep them safe and ensure that they are not tampered with by malicious third-party. Its stable and has a simple user-interface simplifying how we use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes its affected by poor internet connections affecting its usage at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday HCM platform is stable and will improve the way you manage your employees and bring diversity and ensure everything runs smoothly at all times.
