What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
After searching for many softwares that would help us to keep an order with the employees' information, we have found Workday HCM and it has been the great solution. In a single program we can store employee information, from their CVs to leave, attendance, payroll and task management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a very complete tool where in a single program you can put all the employee's history. I really like that it sends to email when there is any pending activity by the worker, so you can track individual employees. The program is very friendly and intuitive, so it is very easy to adapt to it and learn how to use it. And it can be used from the beginning with the personnel search, from the job posting, interviews, to the choice of the candidate. All very complete and orderly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some points against is that the more employees you enter the system, the more difficult it is to search for their profile, plus it becomes a little heavy and slow the program to work it. The customer service can be improved, as it is not very efficient at the time of consulting to solve some errors that the program may throw.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Particularly, this software has helped us enormously to maintain order in the human resources department, so we highly recommend it. It is the quickest, easiest and most orderly way to keep.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
So I was looking for a better HRM software for my company as being a manager and was responsible for all the activities like candidate management, selecting right talent, funnel information management and other activities for human resource department so I implemented this platform and it is really amazing and took all of my responsibilities now I am able to access whatever I need whenever I want. I can easily manage all these activities after this tool in my HR department. It is a great tool for use of emergency contacts and many more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is an amazing approach for our team members of our organization. It is providing us all the information requires in an emergency in no time. We can easily track people positions in our organization. The interface is very simple and user friendly. It helps in finding the most suitable talent in the database at right time. Candidate selection has become easy now. We can easily manage funnel and all the documentations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has still some lack in its functionality. Most of the time while accessing data from reports I find some irrelevant data. Workday still needs some more features in it such as benefit allocation and plans management for HR. There are some options those are confusing sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday is a great product I would highly recommend it to others go for it and use it . you will never disappointed

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday is straightforward to use and comprehensive, allowing personalized management a pleasure. Workday provides a very effective alternative such that it integrates most of the organization's requirements in the single platform, all of the data from the worker's flow of life is out there, plus it is easily accessible and applicable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday is simple to administer, has powerful tools and functionalities, and helps our business streamline numerous systems and operations. We had previously utilized ADP, which was "poor" in comparison to Workday.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most recent update to the homepage is undesirable. To access all navigation options, users must now do an additional click. Not really a great barrier or problem, but they don't seem particularly intuitive to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an outstanding platform for human capital management. I would recommend it to all related persons.
