What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

We have over 80,000 employees in 63 countries, so the breadth of features available in Workday makes it a powerful tool. From an employee just starting their career to someone on the executive track, we're able to embed succession planning and have a nice aperture of what that path looks like. It's a product that you would benefit from a 3rd party who can ask those insightful questions so that when you implement, you've thought about every possible use case and what you're solving for is top of mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard as employee and also as a leader to see my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Takes quite a while before any new features are rolled out and that roadmap could be pretty long.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about what you're trying to solve for and really kick the tires to see if this is the right product for your growing organization. Think about all the other systems now and in the future that you'd like integrated with Workday. This could cause issues down the road. That said, Workday is a very known brand, and lots of software providers are creating or have already created API's to give a seamless integration.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Previously I used TriNet, making a small comparison between both software, Workday has a fast implementation, easy to use, increases the internal strategies of any HR department, helps to effectively manage recruitment processes, manage internal steps, among other favorable aspects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working with Workday is very comfortable, the implementation is simple, it is responsive, it increases the effectiveness of our Human Resources department, it helps manage our recruiting processes, attract unique candidates and easily manage all the internal steps of the selection in a genuine and safe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No comment. Workday is an efficient platform, it helps with the internal strategic increase of HR in the company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Increase your HR workforce strategies with Workday HCM.
