What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Basically Cisco Webex helps us get better teamwork performance, allows numerous meetings without losing stability and delivers image quality. It has well thought out collaborative features and allows for quick queries or sending of documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its interface, it is professional unlike other similar software, the app works efficiently allowing to make my mobile phone an extension of my workstation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes screen sharing can fail in meetings with many attendees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a complete tool for business communication and collaboration, it is easy to implement and use for employees of any sector.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Webex lets you to write/edit the picture of the shared screen with some notes or coloring to highlight something or adding your quick comment while the presenter speaks which is a very good feature as I haven't seen this with any others software like this. Apart from other similar software, the host can send a meeting to your email with session number and session password and link to it, makes it safer. The help (troubleshooting) section of Webex's website is giving straight answer when you needed a solution. Virtual classroom is a very special feature and easy to adapt and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex is very good with trainings, especially if the host is from another company, then it works perfect. We did lots of trainings with Webex without any interruptions or any connections losses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the presenter (the host) puts you in a separate room or creates a subroom with some participants, you won't get the mute/unmute option anymore and also cannot put your camera on/off again. In order to do this, the presenter needs to take you into the general meeting area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider Webex for trainings and small meetings.
