What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Cisco Webex Meetings has dynamic capabilities for high-quality video conferencing. It promotes effective communication and labeling of people who stand out in their work, providing more effectiveness and excellence to the company. It has allowed our organization to increase collaboration and productivity. It allows you to share videos, audios, documents and content, easily and quickly. You can also access all information, contacts and messages from any site and device at any time and place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to use, its user interface is clean and intuitive. Allows you to create groups can be public or private, and the property can be easily edited as needed. It has the ability to attach documents in discussions and make them accessible to anyone. The integrated video conferencing function is extremely useful, especially for conference with the work team. In addition, the instant messaging, video and mobility tools are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is a very effective tool that improves our internal communication. It is difficult for new users to figure out how to join groups and share information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It offers a large number of very useful functionalities in our company. It allows to improve collaborative work and consequently increases productivity. I recommend it.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Cisco Webex allows you to call a meeting over the phone, which is something I really like about the software. It works very well from any device, so I have webex available not only on my pc, but also from my cell phone and tablet. Perfect synchronization with Outlook Calendar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Video conferencing with cisco webex feels very secure, it is not the same to do a meeting with a basic popular application than with Cisco webex, as we are end-to-end encrypted and there are no worries of unwanted guests. Background sound suppression, so it is more comfortable and professional. Virtual background, very convenient. Or I can also blur my actual background. When I can't attend a meeting, I can turn to the recording of the meeting and not miss any details, or I can also opt for the audio to text transcription of that meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The video quality can be improved, most of the time it is stable but needs a very good internet connection. It can become a bit slow when there are many participants in a meeting, (approximately 70 people or more).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a secure tool where you can work and collaborate without risks, Cisco webex meetings is without a doubt a great option, but you must also be willing to pay, it is not the cheapest on the market but it has its advantages over other software.
