What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Webex Meetings has the power to bring us closer through a face-to-face screen with audio and video quality, connection with clear and fluid communication without distractions or problems, it connects us with people around the world, it is totally useful for any need without importing the place or device where we use it has not presented me any problem is fantastic.

I consider that it has a very competitive price, comparing the features offered by Webex and those offered by other popular software on the market, also offers a free trial period where you can take advantage of all the benefits that this tool offers, which are more sophisticated and solid in my experience having used other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Cisco webex meetings we experience more security and privacy in communication. It is also a complete collaboration tool that goes beyond basic videoconferencing. Digital assistant during the meeting (Webex Assistant) I can adjust and control what I want to see on my screen during a meeting, such as other people's grids and panels. I can change my background or just blur it to avoid distractions, as well as mute the background sound, all to collaborate remotely in the most comfortable way possible, and as we all know, we can also share files, the computer screen or applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In these three years using cisco webex I have not had bad experiences, I have witnessed its improvement in weak points such as audio or the high consumption of resources of the devices.

I recommend it if you are looking for a simple, innovative, stable, professional and secure solution.

It is highly effective in the management of internal communications, it has very useful functions, such as screen sharing, high definition video and audio, individual and group instant messaging, controls that facilitate meeting management and integrations powerful that further enhance the communication experience. Consequently, workflow is optimized and collaborative work is significantly improved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a visually pleasing user interface that facilitates interactive user participation. It is very easy to add virtual and custom backgrounds. Screen sharing provides the opportunity to share documents and applications. It has AI to assist the development of meetings with greater fluidity. It has movable panels that can be added at any time and placed where you want on the screen. It integrates very well with applications like Office 365, Salesforce, and others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sound quality can be improved and mobile app screen sharing is a bit cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform provides a set of tools that have vastly improved the communication process of our company and the work flow is much more efficient. I recommend its implementation.
