The chat room allows you to create direct dialogues with your co-workers. It offers a connection between people and groups at a distance from any mobile device or desktop PC. You can have recordings stored in the cloud and get your transcripts easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its cost is considerably high compared to similar platforms and there have sometimes been delays in the connectivity of some of the participants.
