What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
There are lots of differences between Webex and other software which I have used. I feel Webex needs some more improvement in services and customer support. To be honest, I will not consider this for an official meeting over other software like Microsoft Team or Zoom. This needs improvement in almost all aspect.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Usual software, nothing special which makes this software stand different from market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing is high and customer service is not that great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think twice and research before using this software as there are other software which might be better for meetings in my point of view.

Cisco Webex provides wide range of features to achieve greater communication and collaboration amongst the team members. Some of the important features include - Audio and video conferencing, screen sharing, annotation, file sharing, white board, communication on chat, recording screen, giving control of machine remotely.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
File sharing is an important feature that lags in other popular platforms like zoom. This feature lets a person share file instantly over the zoom call and not rely on other applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cisco web-ex is a complex applications owing to which it can become difficult for users to understand all the capabilities provided by the platform. One would have to invest some time to secure the training sufficient enough to understand all the features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Webex is a complex, yet effective tool for collaboration within teams and individuals, however the paid version is relatively costlier than the other options in the market that are popular. Also the user may need a training to understand the features in a better way. The mobile version of the platform helps users stay connected remotely.

Its affordable where there is even the free version and this ensures usage anywhere at anytime. Helps us connect and communicate with ease with our various employees and this enables them to work reliably at all times. Cisco Webex meetings empowers us to hold events virtually and this is reliable in saving costs and allowing us to work in a reliable manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes its affected by poor internet connections in its usage derailing the way we work.

Cisco Webex Meetings is built for all organizations and this will enable accurate holding of virtual events and even web conferencing much to the benefit of your organization.
