Feature updates can be few and far between. It took a long time to integrate Events with Cisco WebEx hardware.

Great product with integrated event features

What differentiates Webex Events from other similar products?
User-friendly; inclusive app that allows us to create a comprehensive event.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the drag-and-drop builder and how each piece integrates with the others. I also like that we can white-label the app for our brand and event theme (although it would be nice to have even more control for this).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Doesn't have enough security, so highly sensitive videos and content must be hosted elsewhere.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great platform for creating virtual events. I would take time to discover all the features and how they connect with each other first, so you can plan out how to build all your elements.
