What differentiates Vonage Business Communications from other similar products?

Chat operation is pretty sensible for requesting assistance. We switched from Ring Central because of their lack of client service, however, Vonage Business Communication has great support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Vonage permits you to require your phone calls to your business from your smartphone if you wish them directed there. I received a free VOIP phone once we found out about our service, that was a nice perk. Also, the web-based fax service extremely increases the worth of faxing as we can access it anyplace and we don’t need a fax machine. Additionally, the online chat provides nice client service so problems are often resolved easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had many issues with the app and currently the switch to Vonage. Dropped calls, inconsistent ringing in call groups, inability to work remotely on the previous app. Poor interface style for actually creating calls in it, issues with new range and user acquisition, (it’s been two weeks, and they still can’t appear to repair it or get numbers and users another to our account that we’ve got paid for when I was assured they would be available in twenty-four hours).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Vonage’s website is simple to use! There’s a lot, however, they also have useful resources that teach you to do a specific function if you need help. So once you learn the way to do something, I can simply go back in and fix or alter something or set up call forwarding at any time.

Good phone service for team business line

What differentiates Vonage Business Communications from other similar products?

Multiple team members can check the line and be logged in at the same time. We're also able to use the same line simultaneously, making it a great tool for a small team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that we were able to access the phone line on multiple phones and computers. This allowed us as team members to choose which messages were most relevant for us to respond to individually. It can also show other team members which messages have been addressed and which ones still warrant a response. We needed to be able to call and text with clients but also to access these messages when we were away from the office. Because we could all have the Vonage app on our phones, anyone was able to answer messages/calls no matter where they were at. It also allows us to see what messages have been responded to so that our office manager knows w

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Do Not Disturb function doesn't really work. I would try to this function when I was away from the office but I would still receive messages throughout the day. This meant I would have to physically log out of the app anytime I wanted a break from the onslaught of messages we would get from clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it's a well priced tool that allows you to have a business line but access it from your personal mobile or computer. It you have a small team who needs to be able to use the line when not at the office, it could be a good fit! If you're away from reliable internet though, the call quality can be a bit iffy.
