What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?
vFairs is an amazing and completely different and interactive virtual events platform with which you can create and manage professional events with minimal effort. It provides a set of features like customizable events, virtual booths, live streaming, virtual networking, webinars, audio and video chat, and more. In addition, it offers an expert support team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like working with vFairs because it is an effective and efficient way to organize online events with many participants. VFairs is an easy to use platform, it offers more customization options and integrations with other platforms although quite limited but good, plus the VFairs support team is very responsive and a great resource for any concerns you may have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no negative thoughts with this platform, I would just like to see more integrations with other platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
vFairs is an exceptional virtual event management software, it is easy to use, provides a lot of features, is extremely intuitive. It is the perfect option for hosting events and I highly recommend it for people looking to create and manage their successful virtual events.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?
vFairs highlights the difference between other programs, always highlighting its customer support, trendsetters every time that as customers you feel well cared for and that has been achieved by vFairs, every time we feel that something is not going well or it is difficult for us to make it work, the customer support accompanies us in the process to make the experience much more enjoyable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a complete virtual space, easy to use, with high customization capabilities that allow us to create a very pleasant and focused environment, always based on our objectives. It allows us to go a little further, much closer to our audience to carry out our commercial campaigns and promote our business name, to boost sales and better receptivity of the product. It has tools for presentation with avatars and modification in the truly exceptional conference. Another important thing is their customer support, they are quite attentive and friendly throughout the learning curve process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like it to be a little more intuitive to use, it is complex to configure each of the tools, but once it is achieved it is much easier to make it work. Another thing that seems important to me is that it doesn't consider the difference in time zones, and it would be essential to have an open function to be able to adapt the conferences accordingly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since we arrived at vFairs we believe that it really is an essential tool to try to reach much further in an innovative way, that opens the doors of our space to a much broader virtual space where customers and business partners from anywhere in the world can enter.
