Vfairs has a 3D platform that allows us to create personalized and realistic virtual spaces, such as auditoriums, showrooms, stands and chat rooms. It offers us the option to broadcast live or record our sessions, webinars or presentations, and allow interaction with the public through chats, polls or questions and answers. It also offers us an analytics and reporting dashboard that shows the performance and impact of our event, as well as key metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and satisfaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wide variety of templates and customization options. No geographical or temporal limitations to reach the audience. Event data reports. 3D virtual environment. Digital content management. Online event schedule.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is priced high compared to other similar products and does not offer a free or trial plan. The chat interface can be slow at times.

What differentiates vFairs from other similar products?
Vfairs has hosted three of our events, and we kept coming back this year because of the excellent service they give in planning, executing, and following up on virtual conferences. What I like best is that the platform is visually appealing, both in terms of design and functionality, and that it is quite easy to use, especially for people who are unfamiliar with virtual technology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our conference demands were well-understood by vFairs, and they delivered on all fronts with the necessary assistance and direction. Due to the platform's adaptability, we were able to adapt a business-focused structure to the specific requirements of our academic conference. Their help was of the highest quality throughout the whole thing. Quick responses were given via email, and issues were dealt with immediately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the platform's greatest strength is that it allows conference attendees to easily transition between the real and virtual worlds. Participants can choose a more comfortable posture for themselves in the virtual setting, and the experience is faithfully recreated for them. In light of the pandemic, I was really appreciative of the assistance we received from the Vfairs support staff as we made the switch to a virtual conference.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In this, our second time utilizing vFairs, we found the experience to be just as satisfying as the first. Syed Usama Amir, our project manager, was fantastic! Whenever we needed something, he attended to it right away. Never once did it occur to me that we were on completely separate time zones. Visitors also enjoyed the picture gallery and photo booth. Without a doubt, vFairs will be in heavy rotation for us next year. I recommend it 100%
