What differentiates Vena Complete Planning from other similar products?
Biggest plus point of Vena is that its end interface is Microsoft Excel which everyone is familiar with. Vena as a tool has been the industry standard for budgeting for years which no other player offers. Also they have a great team which completes the implementation in under a week
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything that you do in Vena is Excel-based and the stored data is on the cloud and not on the spreadsheet. It can also dynamically expand easily in the models, reports, and templates which makes our life alot easier for people who maintain these models, reports, and templates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The run time on large workbooks take long downtime. Closed captioning should be included in all training modules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Vena allows you to develop all the capabilities of Excel. Also it is easy to use for people who do not have a very professional handling of Excel, so we can recommend it.
