The amount of features is unmatched in other products and it's very straightforward in it's execution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The need for it, but in IT it's crucial to have your systems backed up and ready for recovery.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn the system and its capabilities and dive in. Once set up you'll love the peace of mind of having recovery a few clicks away. Be sure and test your backups on a regular basis.
