What differentiates Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 from other similar products?

For a travel agency, email continuity is everything. We run ticketing confirmations, itinerary updates, and supplier negotiations through Outlook. Veeam’s point in time restore fits our regulatory expectation around dispute reconstruction

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can restore a single Teams message thread without pulling a full mailbox backup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the summary jobs captured more behavioural insights like recurring restore patterns. That helps me forecast staff training gaps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your M365 tenancy is large, split retention repositories. Veeam runs smoother that way. I learned this the hard way when our UK, Spain, and France divisions ballooned their mailbox sizes during a busy season

Cost was slightly better

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Does the job required at the right price

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface is very old and not overly intuitive. For a backup product, this is not a big deal though

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Being a set and forget type of product, it will do the job for you and provide adequate reporting on any issues that arise
