What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. This platform was used by almost every one in my company. And every single department learnt how to use it almost inmediatly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could offer a lot more options and customizable content. In order to implant the companies image a lot more.

Consider that this product will be most useful if your company is relatively large and are preferrably within the sowftware develpment industry.
