Breadth of functionality and features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately, we were hoping to use UKG Ready for recruiting, but the applicant tracking module within the platform did not meet expectations after going through implementation. It is also a very complicated backend and can be challenging to customize independently beyond working with your implementation consultant. They have so many training resources but it is overwhelming and often leads you to feeling lost at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you do a deep dive with your sales consultant to understand the platform and what you need it to do for your specific business needs in the long and short term. We are very happy with most of the modules, especially payroll, benefits, and learning, but it fell short on recruiting.
