What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think there's enough going on with the chatbot features; they could be more efficient and friendlier to users. Since I use chatbots so regularly in my line of work, I have to go to great lengths to make sure they are all set up properly. My goal is to shorten the process and make it more efficient. Also, I've always had a pleasant experience while communicating with the organization, so the service is top-notch. They helped me figure out how to optimize the bots' setup and my use of them.

Uipath Acadmey and Uipath Community is a platform where anyone can learn the Uipath and can implement it within the organization that learning curve is also missing in other solution.

Uipath is very perfect solution there is a high volume of data which has to be enter in the system, this is a tool which help u s to remove human intervention in the end to end processes there are many good aspects which we like most. Uipath is very flexible solution. What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support mechanism we not like. because it required two three business days to revert them back to you once you have a problem which is not good they should be very responsive once we raised any case on the portal

Uipath is a best for every application and it can be work on any environment very easily. Process mining is one of the best solution which Uipath also offering in their product. so Overall in the end this is very good software for automation of tasks.
