I like it because I can easily create highly effective bots that can carry out any administrative activity with it, and it performs well in terms of performance and adaptability. I've been able to use automation precisely as I would with other, more expensive technologies available on the market. When you have a question, the technical support staff responds swiftly and tries to solve issues quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that you sometimes have to close and reopen the browser for it to function correctly while experiencing browser issues that are difficult to identify. The fact that some OCR operations cause mistakes and that its connection with Excel makes it tough to carry out specific procedures is something I could have enjoyed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This RPA is excellent for automating more complex procedures because it is trustworthy and inventive. Processes may be automated without human participation, making working with artificial intelligence more approachable and decreasing failure rates. It is vital that jobs be easy to create and that UiPath provides the necessary capabilities. I don't think the chatbot features are getting enough attention; they might be more efficient and user-friendly. Another disadvantage for a small business like mine is the high licensing cost, which I hope will be reduced one day, but overall, it's a worthwhile investment.

The product is easy to use and although we really didn't check similar products I believe it has better cost-effectiveness compared to manual work.
