What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag-and-Drop Workflow – The visual design interface makes it easy to build automation without deep coding knowledge. Strong Integration – It integrates well with Microsoft products, web applications, databases, APIs, and even AI models. Attended & Unattended Automation – You can automate tasks either with human interaction or in a fully automated manner. AI and Machine Learning Capabilities – Features like Document Understanding and AI Fabric help automate complex processes
What do you dislike most about this product?
High Licensing Costs – Compared to some competitors, UiPath can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Complex Orchestration – Managing and deploying bots at scale requires UiPath Orchestrator, which can have a steep learning curve. Heavy Resource Usage – UiPath Studio and unattended bots can be resource-intensive, sometimes leading to performance issues. Limited Customization in StudioX – While great for business users, StudioX has fewer advanced customization options compared to Studio.

It is fabulous automation solution in the category. Drag & drop interface is easy to non technical users. It has lots of inbuilt templates that saves time in creating workflows. It handle large & complex business processes very efficiently. It has large user community.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless integration with 3rd party CRM and ERP tools for better productivity. It provides robust security like encryption and role based access. It has wide range of learning material make it easier to the user to fix the things and learn.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing issue for us, we are happy with the services that it is providing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Every time I recommend this tool for the Automation Engineer. It is good for large & small organisations.

UiPath is designed for enterprise-level automation—handling everything from data processing to complex workflow orchestration. For an IT analyst, this means cutting down on repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual errors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The unattended bots. Once set up, they can handle back-office processes without human intervention, which saves a ridiculous amount of time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up automation workflows isn’t as intuitive as it could be, and debugging bots can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
UiPath is worth considering. But if you’re looking for something simpler for basic workflow automation, Power Automate or Zapier might be a better fit.
