It is an end-to-end automation platform that offers test automation, AI-powered assistance, process mining, and test automation. Unlike conventional RPA, it can connect with applications via APIs. Even without deep coding skills, we can develop automation-driven apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is one of the best automation tool, UiPath AI-driven automation and machine learning capabilities permit us to automate tasks beyond conventional rule-based procedures. It is tasks and process mining, by analyzing the business workload, recognize the automation opportunities. It is not just a simple Robotic Process Automation, it is an end-to-end automation ecosystem. It facilitates us with both cloud-native and on-premises deployment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UiPath lacks major in-built mobile automation for mobile phones, we have to involve third parties for this purpose. UiPath is a good platform but has some pain points such as learning curves. All these areas demand attention for improvement to make it more adoptable in all scale of enterprises.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
UiPath orchestrator is available to centralize, monitor, and schedule bots. To secure automation, prefer to implement role-based access control (RBAC). Involve APIs rather than UI automation, to reduce the failure rate of the bots caused by UI variations. These recommendations would help one a lot for a better working experience.
