UiPath is one of the biggest players in this area that should be why they keep improving their product consistently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how everything unfolds when we shorten the processes with minimal error.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This tool and its features so great that I couldn't find anything to dislike about it.

In one way or another, you would be getting into RPA, it's best to start with UiPath.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?
As I mentioned already it has lot of in-built methods whereas the other RPA tools don't have that much. Also here we can get constant update of the software and it has both web based and desktop based application. A wide variety of new applications also coming in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Functionality and design experience is the main aspect. Action center is one of the greatest features which I like in UiPath as it is intended to have human in the loop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For me literally I don't have anything at all as it has already ticket the checkboxes and constantly getting improved as well with latest technologies
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for more functionality wise, feature wise and for ease of development definitely you can consider UiPath.
