What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?
If we are looking for a software that is more complete and definitely that really shows positive results, Uipath is the right one, since it shows a great difference in characteristics compared to other platforms that we had used previously, it is the best option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This exclusive software that offers the best tools for automations in your company, giving desktop and web automations, among others. An RPA platform that is able to work properly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can only say good things about Uipath, in fact since we have been using it all its functions have given positive results, even during its implementation everything was very easy to access its options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I always recommend it to my colleagues and to anyone who may need a program that includes Bots to perform their daily tasks more comfortably and thus be able to save time for other tasks, do not hesitate to use Uipath.

The breadth of it's functionality that it's able to incorporate into a nice easy to use package provided business value and ROI for the company

While the vendor was there for support, we were often able to implement solutions independently due to the nice workflow

The price can get a bit expensive

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?
UiPath allows you to very easily extract data or functionality from a wide variety of applications both on the web and desktop. There are plenty of available tasks that you can choose from to compile and create your own automation that will perform any task for you. Much like Visual Studio, you can find and fix bugs relatively quickly before compilation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The things which i liked most about UiPath are that the translation of the user interfaces into several languages, the availability of UiPath Orchestrator for mobile devices, Its powerful AI, efficient error handling mechanism, and a very prompt user community.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UiPath is really good to go in the RPA world and i found while using UiPath is that it does not provide enough support to be able to automate Citrix. Rest I am very good to go.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For any software, it is essential to have good support from the company, and this is where UiPath excels. Their community boards have been very helpful to us in many instances, and plenty of users are there to answer discussion threads. You may even see members of the UiPath team chime if a community member cannot resolve the query.
