What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

We're using UiPath as a product for our own agency and also for our clients we help them during the deployment aconfiguration to ensure both of us are getting the most benefits for the marketing and business development services we provide to them, We are using UiPath to have a detailed understanding for the very complex business processes and to analyze data from different departments and get the insights we need to improve the performance of our business operation and to make sure our clients are having the same experience too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We really like how quickly UiPath enabled us to build automations using their pre-built templates and automation activities from the UiPath Marketplace, We easily build automations for us and our clients without the need to be experts in coding, Most of our processes are based on AI Computer Vision to build vision-based automations that could run on dynamic interfaces and remote desktops, UiPath enabled us to build vision-based automations that really work smooth on all operating systems and that was a reason to thank the team behind UiPath for making everything possible and for helping us grow faster than we ever did.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chrome extensions aren't working probably and sometimes it doesn't recognize them as enabled and keeps asking us to enable them while they are already enabled, Also on large datasets the performance goes heavier and crashes sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No Flash support, it's very hard to extract data from iframes, the quality of training and onboarding guidance needs to get rebuilt in a clearer way with more detailed documentation. It's still pricey and needs a little bit of cost reduction

We utilize UiPath to take the guesswork out of our automation journey and to understand where the automation is going to deliver the most value so we're able to know what to automate and how to do it perfectly, That's how we improved our operation performance and reduced errors using all the important data we extract from our big data and deeply understand our complex business processes using the advanced AI-Powered UiPath Insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are so in love with the drag-and-drop editor and how easy and simple we're able to record our workflows without any complicated manual programming, We also love how faster and easier we became able to build automations using the pre-built templates and automation activities from the UiPath Marketplace, Most of our processes are based on AI Computer Vision to build vision-based automations that could run on dynamic interfaces and remote desktops, UiPath enabled us to easily to build vision-based automations that really work on all operating system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to large data sets it just crashes more than once until i treat it softly with a delay between actions and that's annoying somehow, Also extensions on chrome aren't working probably at all and sometimes it doesn't recognize enabled extensions and keeps asking me to enable extension while it's already enabled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think they need to give more focus to the Community and build more engagement with the users, They also need to provide a good list of the UiPath use-cases for various departments based on industries to help us get the best out of it.
