What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?
UiPath is one of the best automation tools, it stands out among other platforms for how well it allows work to progress, it has much more powerful tools, and its automation process has never failed me with an error in the tasks, it's an easy tool to use and configure, compared to similar tools on the market, which are tedious to customize; what we look for in an automation tool is that each process can be done quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With UiPath we have been really delighted, thanks to the fact that it allows us to solve many difficult tasks, automating different processes that allow us to advance quickly in all our projects. It allows us to create reports and reports on work progress, as well as extract functional data, great for CRM management. Through the AI system and machine learning, our work is always done quickly and efficiently, without making mistakes along the way. It allows us to manage tasks, through calendars, in addition to integrations, which allows us to effectively link all our work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its function is smooth with no errors involved; it has helped us greatly without presenting difficulties along the way. I wish the customer service were more responsive and quick to solve questions, but other than that I can't find anything else that I dislike with the software itself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Many of the repetitive office tasks can take away time and focus on the projects that really require our attention, with UiPath this is possible, moving forward in an automated and fast way, finishing many important but tedious tasks. I recommend that you try it and discover how important it can be to advance quickly in multiple aspects of work.
