What do you dislike most about this product?
Twilio is not a user-friendly, drag-and-drop tool. It's primarily designed for developers, which means non-technical users will find it extremely challenging to implement3. The platform requires substantial programming knowledge to fully utilize its features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Twilio differentiates because it gives us the flexibility to customize our messaging while reaching customers worldwide. With its reliable infrastructure and easy integration, it’s perfect for enterprises that need scalable solutions across multiple digital channels and mediums.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part about MessagingX is how customisable it has been for us from sending an SMS, WhatsApp messages, or more, it knows exactly what your business needs and solves for it all, while ensuring we can reach customers around the world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As our messaging volumes increase, we were hoping for discounts on outgoing messages, but Twilio MessagingX offers very little in that regard. They should consider revising their pricing structure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product, everyone's been using it and it always have been helpful and the world more or less says the same. They have a great customer support and I beleive Twilio MessagingX would be a great addition to one's enterprise communication needs.
