Their customization, as they even have an "app store" that allows you to add on new features from external vendors.

Very easy to use and customize

Looking at stats and metrics can be a pain within the platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think Twilio is a great service, and is the leader in the space for a reason!

Learning curve is steep

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in twilio and segment but also have a dedicated team member to manage integrations. Can begin with very little and grow to very large.
