What differentiates TrueDialog from other similar products?
TrueDialog offers a great solution for a multi location environment with each location having ability to text their own databse

Bulk text feature with multiple location options
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration was more difficult that expected to CRM
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have multiple locations with separate teams in each location great product to look at for bulk texting and reminders for events or whatever else is needed.
