I dint like that the interface sometimes felt a bit overwhelming. Another issue is the slow performance on devices.

My favorite aspect is its contextual intelligence because it is not limited to predefined patterns, its analytical engine is capable of understanding content, and its flexibility is good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite being a good tool, it has some flaws and complexity in the initial setup, and scaling and managing a massive volume of alerts can be overwhelming.
