The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates TilliT from other similar products?
Tillit fits a unique gap in the manufacturing market in that it is equally suitable at orchestrating large multi site operations equally as well as small operations. The pricing model and functionalaity make it extremely simple to to start small and scale up to meet ht eneeds of the end user. It contains all the expected MES functions, but the interface and confugurability are first rate, allowing for rapid implementation at a fraction of the cost of competitor platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The openness of the external integrations. It has been designed with a clear understanding that interacting with other business and OT systems is a neccesicity, not a n optional feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The online documentation could be kept more up to date to showcase all the latest features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First, make sure you inderstand your own businesses problems, needs and goals, and then reach out to an expert to fully understand how Tillit can help solve your problems and achieve results. There is only so much one can learn or understand from marketing material and online research, there is no substitute for solution advice from a technial expert in both the product and industry benchmarks in manufacturing excellence.
