What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
They have the new, improved AI, which resolves questions faster than before and is easier to integrate compared to other AI
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the software mobile application; it is easy to use to chat with clients on the go and you can sync the chat from the application and the web application so you have the chat history from one place
What do you dislike most about this product?
It cost extra to removing the software branding on the live chat, which makes it more expensive if you need to have the widget without branding

This is a good tool for you to offer customer support in your application and in your website

Integrates with WhatsApp at no additional cost and with straight WABA integration unlike other tools that use third parties
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of customisation of the chat widget with our own branding and marketing materials which help us show promotions in forms of graphic right within the widget
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has no secure installation of the widget to log the user names once logged into our system which makes it hard to automatically understand the name of the person we are chatting with

I would recommend it for an affordable live chat

It is minimalistic in nature and very use friendly which makes it more fun to easy to access
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI powered feature comes in very handy making sure we dont need to answer every question manually
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost as well as the A.I powered feature I would prefer if I can train the A.I to full perfection as sometimes some wrong answers could slip in
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can take care of the cost, please do go for it most especially the user interface is very easy to use and also setup as well
