It's not overly complicated or onerous. Simplicity is important.

It now self updates with the cloud version.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of certificate based whitelisting.

Don't rely on any single product. This product serves a niche purpose, and pairs well with CSF or other EDRs.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Working better than other competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It protects from almost all malware. It is working stable. On the other hand, there is an option that it provides complete live protection. The interface is really clear and easy to use. We are using this application to protect our colleagues and their computers. We completed our test and now decided to use it for all workaround.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Application is doing its job as its promise. Nothing to dislike yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are using this application for security and preventing our devices from malwares.

The sandbox protection for possible threats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing!! I'm not trying to be cute either. We've never had one issue with this product in over 2 years of using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy it yesterday. Ease of installation, administration, and most importantly it's protection make it a no-brainer.
