What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Product is solid and the client is lightweight and actually is. other clients say they are but end up being resource hogs.

cloud managed

What do you dislike most about this product?

still needs some polishing of the cloud portal. sometimes its not as easy to navigate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its an excellent product try it out and try out the cloud management, day one of deployment it found tons of things that defender did not. most were pretty much harmless but still should not be on the machines. and it blocks websites too

Easy to use, but servers cost extra.

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

The fact it is way more light weight and not as intrusive yet provides the same amount of protection and some.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can be alerted easily if someone gets something suspicious on their machine. I can isolate them immediately and remotely remedy the issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The portal online could be a little more user friendly. Selecting a large amount of machines to actively scan can sometimes be hit or miss. All of the tasks aren't always created. At times I have to double check to make sure I have the scans running.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for a trial first. Run some tests. You will see this product can be so much more light weight and far superior that those of other AV companies.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy

A simple gadget that just works

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

I had previously said that I would not need any antivirus software on our Mac devices. Windows clients were utilizing software from a different vendor that have been inconsistent with Macs, consequently we wanted cross-platform that'd enable us to manage everything from a central spot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because of unified administration via the internet interface, we can watch the development of client devices such as cellphones and actually apply most fixes. It is perfect for functioning online since it is digitally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything negative to say about Malwarebytes. I've been a client for a great many years and really enjoy everything! The UX Design of the interface, should be slightly altered to make it extra user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To be truthful, it's sufficient to excuse it. I tested Norton, which was good, but I didn't like the UI and it failed to detect numerous possibly harmful files. I never had a difficulty with Malwarebytes after recovering accessibility to it in 2018.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Reliable
  • Trustworthy
  • Efficient Service
