Scanning is most adorable thing about the product

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Malwarebytes has a rollback feature which is really important and that no other company has included in their package. For example, if one of the endpoints is infected with mass ransomware, we can actually restore it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From our business standpoint, using Malwarebytes means we now have very few disruptions, saving the company a significant amount of time and effort. We previously had a high number of false positives, which resulted in the suspension of some services that impacted specific departments. Because the solution is cloud-based, we were able to reduce management issues while also improving the business through automated remediations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've discovered that when the solution is scanning, all of the scanning activities make the device heavier. It slows down our computers. Basically, this solution appears to have CPU and memory issues. We don't feel good because it requires a high-spec machine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It protects me from the inside or outside threats as I used Malwarebytes to take care of my PC; no need to worry about what kind of software or files I download from the internet; it will always keep me secure and notify me if anything unusual occurs and also block them in real-time.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

I make use of it because it uses a multi-layered method to equip us with a cloud-based but single unified central administration console with multi-vector protection where we stay safe. After all, there is no fear of attacks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The steady and transient detection capabilities guard against all known and undiscovered threats kinds. that gives us complete security. With ongoing sight into devices and remedial opportunities beyond alarms, the dwell duration of zero-day threats was amazingly decreased as a result of its adoption. I also appreciate their tech support team that stays online and is available all time whenever it is needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I always get irritated by the fact of how its risk assessment function works; it frequently just deletes the entire file and program rather than deleting the actual danger, which isn't good. It is good if it is changed for better functionality. Aside from that, nothing makes me irritated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am a network manager so I have experience with a lot of other tools so my suggestion is that users confidently pick it and save their time and money. I am totally content with their services and I believe whoever picks it must like it and move from demo to its permanent subscription.
