What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Our cloud-based Nebula platform, which hosts EDR, provides centralized control while reducing the agent's physical footprint on each endpoint. In terms of remediation, this EDR approach isolates suspect code at the network, process, or endpoint level so that, in the event of an infection, an inquiry may be conducted without additional exposure to the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Malwarebytes is simple to install and use. It works well with your current antivirus program and is simple to control. We feel secure because it adds another layer of defense. Many people lack experience, making it simple for them to be duped by the emails that include fishing-related information. Malwarebytes assists us in ensuring that even if they visit the website, they won't be.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As it actually stood, the product doesn't really have firewall functionality, which is why it works in conjunction with our current solution. There were a few instances of erroneous calls. It can be difficult to update from one version to another. Updates must be made often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On end user computers that are used by users who have more access to corporate programs as well as by users who are more likely to click on harmful links, malicious attachments, etc., we deploy Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection. We only apply it to a few end user computers. Additionally, Malwarebytes is constantly evolving, so you can know they are a company that always on top.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The use of edr crowdstrike to do device scanning in real time and deliver results instantly. aids in threat detection of various kinds. The scan findings are quite simple to interpret, and the information provided about the eliminated harmful files is also quite good. The results back are rather simple to comprehend. It is continually updated with fresh malicious files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be challenging to identify the root cause of failure when pushing installs to clients because sometimes they will fail with generalized errors. Fortunately, there aren't many client-side modifications needed, but understanding it takes effort. In a few cases, malwarebytes declared a scheme clean, but when it was scanned by other programs, some problems were still discovered and reported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Malwarebytes EDR is a cloud-based platform that can be expanded with more Nebula modules. These modules bolster defenses against particular threat vectors even more. Currently available modules include DNS Filtering to safeguard against web-based assaults that might jeopardize web applications and end user productivity and Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management to ensure software and OS vulnerabilities are found and resolved.
