Great intuitive Project Management tool

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
It is really intuitive to use, for instance, we always add external project members and rarely they comeback with questions, such as, where do I add a file, where is the grant chart, etc..
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the email alerts that I set up, for instance, if someone change the dates, complete a task or add a new file I get an email alert. Also, the whole communication can be aggregated into Teamwork.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The report/Dashboard capabilities could be improved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a complete PM tool this is a great fit for every team size.

Great alternative to JIRA for project management

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
Prior to Teamwork, I had never (extensively) used a system or software that made everything task oriented. It is very intuitive and easy to learn, whether you have experience using Project Management tools or if this is your first vendor software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create Gantt charts on the fly is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Be mindful when creating recurring tasks, as I have had a few instances in the past where the tasks did not recur as I thought they would. However, this is a minor inconvenience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Assess your team size and budget with what other platforms are offering. I have had an excellent overall experience using this software and would recommend it for digital marketing agencies who may not be ready (or don't want) to use JIRA.
